Q&A: Where can I watch Grey's Anatomy show that I missed tonight?

I missed season 8 episode 15 (aired tonight 9.16.12) and don’t have tivo/dvr. Am willing to pay to watch it if attainable tonight (I know it’ll be accessible on abc.com in the subsequent handful of days).
