Q&A: What did 007 mean in Greys Anatomy season 5 final?

Im watching Grey’s Anatomy on netflix and this guy who got hit by a bus spelled ’007′ on Meridith’s hand and she freaked out. I have no idea what it means, all i know is they called George that before. Thanks!
