Q&A: Grey's Anatomy Season 2, episode 11: Owner of a lonely heart: What is the inmate/patient watching around 15:30?

When the patient from solitary, Constance Ferguson, demands ice cream from the nurse she also makes a comment directed towards the television, something along the lines of “Come on, April, baby, don’t go for him. He’s such an idiot.”

Maybe it’s the lack of sleep, but it looks like she’s watching an episode of General Hospital. However, I can’t find any trivia to confirm whether it is or not. Does anyone have any information on this?

So, am I seeing things, or what?
I’ve already tried google. I’ve tried a bunch of different sites for trivia/allusions/etc. and I found nothing. Which is why I’m asking for help on the matter. Also, why would I watch it online when I own the DVDs and can just pop them in my laptop?
